Hello From T.R.E.
Teaching Robotics and Engineering (TRE) is a one year club with the goal of teaching Freshmen or anyone new to Robotics the basics of programming, hardware, and robotic design. This club cuts out all the theory and focuses specifically on application. Students were start at the basics and learn how to blink a light. By the end, each member will have programmed and built their own autonomous robot. We hope you consider Teaching Robotics and Engineering!

TRE meets weekends (the day that is NOT gameday) usually for 1 to 2 hours starting at 1pm.
HelpThe officers of TRE are dedicated to making sure you succeed in all your college projects and classes. Once a member, you will have access to our help and advice, which we are more than happy to give out.

TRE takes the form of a class. This is NOT an official Virginia Tech course but is simply for fun. Usually the "class" will start with 15 to 30 minutes of instruction and will continue with a hands on activity (such as programming or building a specific application of your robot).
FunThis club is for you. Come as you wish and learn what you need.
